'Her Private Hell': the new film by 'The Neon Demon' director

Neon just shared a teaser for the upcoming feature film 'Her Private Hell', with a mysterious caption and the leading cast of the project by 'The Neon Demon' director Nicolas Winding Refn.

Considering Neon's love of fresh and subversive horror movies, and the nature of 'The Neon Demon', his last project since 2016, it wouldn't be a surprise that 'Her Private Hell' will follow a similar path, with the only descriptor being "something groovy".

The cast is full of young talent that has been proving time and time again their talent, with Sophie Thatcher ('Heretic'), Charles Melton ('Warfare'), Havana Rose Liu ('Bottoms') and Kristine Froseth ('The Bucaaneers') as the only members so far. We don't know if this gonna be the type of movie to work with only a few people or if more actors are joining later on when production stars.

The details about the plot or completely unknown, but coming from Winding Refn, we can expect an aesthetic feast and some mind bending storylines. We don't know whe production is gonna start or where they are gonna be filming, and the only company we know is in this, is Neon, since they were the ones to make the announcement.

Certainly, the mystery will work in their favor and bring a lot of attention to the film whenever they start showing more about what it looks like. We'll probably be seeing it in 2026's festival circuit, knowing that previous films by Wining Refn have competed in festivals like Cannes.
