Casting is underway for the pilot of a possible new series by FX, 'Seven Sisters' a supernatural drama starring Elizabeth Olsen ('Wandavision') as the main character, with Cristin Milloti ('The Penguin') joining the cast as one of the sisters, alongside Anthony Edwards ('Top Gun') and J. Smith Cameron ('Succession') as the parents of this big family.
'Seven Sisters' will start recording the pilot episode this May, with a first look agreement with FX, meaning that if they decide to pass on this project the creator Will Arbery can still pitch this idea to other studios. Sean Durkin will be directing the pilot, known for his movie 'The Iron Claw' and for his work in 'Dead Ringers', and he'll also be producing alongside Arbery, meaning they are both trying really hard to get this project to move forward.
And the cast stills has more names to add, since there's 5 more sisters that need faces in this story that will follow a mother (Olson) living a nightmare when a voice no one else can hear starts tormenting her, forcing the family secrets out and everyone in this large family to involve in this matter.
A promising concept with a great team behind it, so let's hope that the studio likes the pilot enough to finish producing the series, because projects with casts this big, it's always a joy watching talented people work together. We'll be excitedly waiting for the upcoming actresses to join.
