Miles Teller is aleady working on his next film, collaborating again with Paramount studios after co-starring in 'Top Gun: Maverick', and this time it will be sports drama 'Winter Games', the directorial debut of American writer Paul Downs Colaizzo, in which he's co-writting with Patrick Cunnane.
Miles Teller has another movie coming out this year by screenwriter Patrick Cunnane, A24's 'Eternity' by David Freyne, starring Elizabeth Olsen ('WandaVision'), Da'Vine Joy Randolph ('The Holdovers') and Callum Turner ('The Boys in the Boat') alongside him.
Besides Paramount, Star Thrower is also producing 'Winter Games', which we know will take place during the Winter Olympic Games and will follow a hockey legend looking to make a grand comeback (Teller) and his relationship with a skier at the Olympic Village, both struggling with their ambitions and frustrations.
We don't know who will be the actress to star opposite Teller, but it probably won't be long until we have a face and much more details about this production, since shooting will probably take place in the following months.
Last projects by the team and the actor have been doing great, so expectations for this romance/sports drama are high. There's no information about if the film will have a theatrical release or if it will go directly to Paramount+ streaming, but it'll likely release in theaters.
Let's hope that they deliver greatness, and in the meantime, Teller's last feature film 'The Gorge' is availble to stream in Apple TV+.
